Meet our senior team

Brad Pogson

Managing Director

Brad has developed and led corporate reputation programmes for multinational companies and high-growth start-ups in both New Zealand and the UK.

While Brad’s sector experience spans everything from transport to agriculture and FMCG, he has worked with some of the world’s most exciting technology companies - and that’s where he’s found his passion.

A cool head in a crisis, with a knack for connecting the dots between stakeholder interests, Brad brings specialist consultancy that combines industry knowledge and social awareness with communication excellence.

As comfortable ghost-writing for CEOs as he is managing complex issues and collaborating with brand and marketing teams, Brad has built a reputation for his ability to cut-through chaos and find the stories that matter most.

Highly networked, and a natural connector of people and ideas, Brad sees the bigger picture and helps clients deliver communications that have a lasting impact.

Brad maintains an active role in all agency work and has a real passion for cyber communications. He runs the company’s Pride network and is an active participant in other DE&I initiatives.

Brad lives in Beach Haven with his husband and spends an unhealthy amount of time trying to manage his lawn.
