But its turbulent past had left a sour note with media that was hard to ignore.
A week out from the 2020 New Zealand General Election, we were tasked with coordinating an important ministerial visit to showcase the company’s recent factory investments and celebrate the launch of its new software. The challenge was telling the turnaround story powerfully, while tackling past issues head on.
Capitalising on the news agenda at the time, we developed a compelling media narrative based around the value of New Zealand’s technology exports to our economic recovery and the exciting role of StretchSense in doing just that.
Our communications efforts and media training resulted in a flawlessly executed ministerial event, on-message media coverage and a number of unsolicited job applications from incredible candidates eager to work with StretchSense in its new chapter. A true Hollywood comeback.
